01. Virtual Coins & Picoins

Picmaze utilizes virtual coins (Picoins) to unlock exclusive or VIP pet wallpapers. Coins are consumed instantly upon usage:

Virtual Nature: Picoins represent virtual credits within the Picmaze ecosystem. They hold no physical, real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, returned, or exchanged for cash or physical currencies under any circumstances.

Final Sales: All virtual coin purchases made inside our Android Mobile Application or web portal are final. Once your transaction is confirmed and the virtual tokens are successfully credited to your in-app wallet, they are considered consumed and are non-refundable.

02. Premium Pet Wallpaper Unlocks

When you unlock digital animal photography and art on our platform, you receive instant access to full-fidelity images:

Immediate Delivery: Since digital downloads are delivered and stored immediately upon click or lock-bypass, we cannot undo or retrieve downloaded files. Therefore, coin-unlock operations are final and non-refundable.
Previews: We offer watermark-protected previews of all wallpapers to ensure you are fully satisfied with the aspect ratio, style, and quality of the digital pet artwork before finalizing your coin expenditure.

03. Technical Failures & Verification

            Technical Error Exemption: If a network failure occurs during checkout and your payment was charged, but your account failed to receive coin credits, we will manually resolve it.

No Price Guarantee: We may occasionally adjust coin packages, discount tiers, or subscription structures. We do not provide retroactive refunds or adjustments based on price changes or promotional events.
